1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Abrobot Technologies ("ABROFIT," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating under the laws of India. ABROFIT is our AI fitness application. By accessing or using ABROFIT — through our website, app, payment portal, or any other channel — or by purchasing any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for, purchase, or use ABROFIT. If you are under 18, you may use the service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Health & fitness disclaimer

ABROFIT provides general fitness, exercise and nutrition information and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian or healthcare professional. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are injured. You participate in any physical activity at your own risk. ABROFIT does not guarantee any specific fitness, weight, or health outcome.

4. Services & plans

ABROFIT offers the following subscription plans and one-time services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

See Products & Pricing for full details. We may modify, discontinue or alter features, credits or pricing at any time with reasonable notice, without affecting purchases already completed.

5. Payment & billing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. All prices are in INR. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days; annual subscriptions renew every 365 days; individual services are billed once. Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features. Applicable GST is displayed at checkout.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in full on our Refunds & Cancellations page, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase; renewals and delivered one-time services are non-refundable; you may cancel a subscription at any time and it will end at the close of the current billing cycle.

7. Credits & usage

AI credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle. Credits are non-transferable, hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may limit usage where abnormal patterns or abuse are detected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the platform; share your account credentials; or upload content that infringes intellectual property or is harmful. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos and branding within ABROFIT are the exclusive property of Abrobot Technologies, protected under Indian IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy & data

By using ABROFIT you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing contact@mnbresearch.com.

11. Limitation of liability

ABROFIT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrobot Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your participation in physical activity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no prorated refund. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, with no refund issued.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
