This Privacy Policy explains how Abrobot Technologies (MNB Research) ("ABROFIT," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use the ABROFIT application and website. By using ABROFIT, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile: your name, email address, phone number, and the fitness details you choose to provide (such as age, gender, height, weight, goals, and activity level). Usage & fitness data: workouts, check-ins, nutrition logs, steps, sleep, measurements and progress you record in the app. Technical data: device type, browser, and basic sign-in activity (time and device) used to secure your account. Payment data: when you purchase a plan, payments are processed by our gateway partner and we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers (see section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use your data to create and personalise your adaptive workouts, nutrition and recovery guidance; to operate your account and premium features; to provide the AI coach; to process payments and provide support; to send you service and account communications; and to keep the service secure and improve it. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating ABROFIT without your consent.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you register and use the app), to perform our contract with you (providing the service you purchased), and to meet our legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account or contacting us.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI, netbanking or wallet details are entered on the gateway's secure systems and are not stored by ABROFIT. We receive only a transaction reference and status needed to activate your plan and provide support or refunds.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run ABROFIT — for example our payment gateway (Cashfree), cloud hosting and database (Supabase / Vercel), email delivery, and AI processing — strictly to provide the service, and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

6. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security so that each user can access only their own records. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS). While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see section 9).

8. Cookies & local storage

ABROFIT uses essential cookies and on-device local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and enable offline use of the app. We do not use these for third-party advertising.

9. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by emailing contact@mnbresearch.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.

10. Children

ABROFIT is intended for users aged 18 and above (or minors with verifiable parental consent). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without such consent.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
