Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made on ABROFIT. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments and all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

1. 7-day money-back guarantee (paid subscriptions)

We want you to train with confidence. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of your first subscription payment. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 (seven) working days. This guarantee applies once per customer and to first-time subscription purchases only.

2. Subscription renewals

Automatic renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date (see "How to cancel" below). Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a renewal that has already been processed.

3. One-time services

Individual one-time services (for example a Personalised Plan Build, Form-Check Review, or 1:1 Coaching Call) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the session has taken place. If you have paid but the service has not yet been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Exception — issues on our side

In the event of a verified service failure, a technical error, or a confirmed billing error on our part (such as a duplicate charge or the platform being unavailable), we will resolve the matter promptly. Where we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, an eligible refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 (seven) working days of approval — regardless of the timelines above.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@mnbresearch.com (or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97114 88481) from your registered email address, including your Cashfree transaction ID and the reason for your request. Our team will review within 3 business days and confirm the outcome. Please raise refund requests through this process rather than as a payment chargeback; chargebacks raised outside this process may result in account suspension.

6. How to cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time from within the app (Profile → Manage plan) or by emailing contact@mnbresearch.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep premium access until then, and there is no prorated refund for the unused portion of a cycle.

7. Free plan & trial

The Starter plan is free forever and involves no payment. The introductory trial credits are provided free of charge and are not redeemable for cash. No payment means nothing to refund.
